This site is operated by Jake Belieny (jakebelieny.com), based in the United States. This page explains what information is collected, why, and what happens to it, in plain English.
When you take the free AI Advantage Audit or submit an application, we collect the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and, if you choose to share them, your website and social media profile, along with your answers about how your business runs.
We also record basic technical context: your browser type, the language you chose, and, if you arrived through a link with tracking tags, which campaign brought you here.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized usage (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and occasionally session replays). It is not used to personally identify you.
To generate your personalized audit report and, if you buy one, your Workflow Blueprint.
To email you your report, follow-up guidance, and occasional offers related to this service. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.
To contact you about your results, including by phone or WhatsApp if you requested a call or bought a product.
To manage our own sales pipeline (your contact details and a link to your report may be stored in our CRM).
Your data is stored on Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Square. Your card details go to Square directly and never touch our servers. Report text is generated with the help of AI providers (DeepSeek, Anthropic), which receive your business answers but not your contact details. Our CRM (Salee.ai) stores your contact information.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone beyond the processors listed above.
Each report lives at a private link with a random ID. Anyone you share that link with can view the report (it shows your company name and the estimates, never your contact details). Don’t share the link if you’d rather keep the report private.
Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
Ask us to delete your data: email contact@jakebelieny.com and we’ll remove your audit, report and contact records.
