What are the six steps?
The O.P.T.I.M.A. method runs the same six steps every time: Observe, Pick, Translate, Integrate, Measure, Adopt. Measurement comes before automation, because accelerating a messy process only produces mess faster.

Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. The build happens inside the platform you already pay for whenever that platform is capable of it, whether that is HubSpot, Salesforce or something else.
You only get a new-tool recommendation when you genuinely have nothing to build on.
Who owns the automations, prompts and accounts?
You do. Everything is built in your accounts, under your name, with your billing. When the engagement ends you keep the workflow, the documentation and the trained owner.
There is no dependency on me to keep it running, and no license to renew.
What happens if the pilot does not pass acceptance?
Acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before anything is built, and payments are tied to milestones. You do not pay the final milestone for something that did not meet the criteria.
From there we fix it, descope it, or you keep your money for that stage.

What does AI implementation cost?

It helps. The build happens in the platform you already pay for whenever it is capable, and the plan is written for that platform specifically.
What happens after the 4 to 6 weeks?
You own a running workflow, written documentation and a trained internal owner. Nothing renews and nothing depends on me. If you want a second workflow later, that is a separate engagement.
Do you replace staff?
No. The steps that repeat identically get automated and the judgment calls stay with your people. The point is to take the retyping off someone's week, not to take the person off the team.
What size business is this for?
Service businesses in the United States where a measurable number of hours each week goes into work that repeats the same way. If the audit shows the numbers do not justify a build, you will be told that.
